Her cook book is Spices and Seasons : Simple, Sustainable Indian Flavors. There will be a food demo, tasting and discussion. If you love Indian food, this is the event for you. If you have never tried Indian food, this is a perfect introduction. This presentation is in place of the regular Book Club for Cooks meeting.
