Event Details

The FDR Presidential Library's Jeff Urbin returns to KPL to give a riveting talk on Pearl Harbor. America’s hopes to avoid involvement in World War II were destroyed along with the quiet tropical peace at Pearl Harbor on the morning of December 7th, 1941. This presentation describes what happened on that ‘day of infamy” and explores the miscalculations made by leaders on both sides which set the stage for America’s entry into the war.
